Finance Management Summer Analyst Program

This job is responsible for participating in the Finance Management Summer Analyst Program, a 10-week internship experience focusing on financial and management accounting, corporate and strategic finance, and internal treasury functions within the CFO Group. Key responsibilities include participating in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and engage with senior leadership.  Job expectations include building upon your academic foundation – specifically technical skills, industry knowledge and familiarity with a corporate environment – while pursuing your career based on interests and background.

Training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on-the-job support, events, and mentorship throughout.

The 2026 MBA Internship Program is a nine-week U.S.-based experience that helps provide insight into life as a BlackRock Associate. Working directly on one of our teams, you’ll build industry expertise, gain invaluable exposure to our various businesses, and forge connections with colleagues at every level, including senior leaders.

Duration: 9 weeks across June-August

Business Areas Compensation: Salary Range (Semi-Monthly Rate)

  • Client & Product Functions: $5,500 - $7,500

  • Corporate & Strategic Functions: $5,500 - $7,000

  • Investment: $6,500 - $8,500

  • Operations: $5,000 - $6,000

  • Technology: $6,500 - $8,000

Important: Candidates can apply for only one program (e.g., Summer Internship Program or Quantitative Master’s Internship Program) and up to two functions within that program (e.g., Investment Research and Analytics & Modeling). You must apply for both opportunities using the same program application. If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application to this program this year.

Eligibility/Experience Level:

Interns must be actively enrolled in a degree program, with a current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above to apply.
