LifeSci NYC Internship Program Info Session
The LifeSci NYC Internship Program offers the chance to complete a single application link to gain access to paid internship and job opportunities at dozens of NYC life science companies and organizations. The program is open to all currently enrolled NYC students, as well as recent graduates (spring 2023 or later). Students from all majors are eligible, as a wide range of science, tech and business roles are offered. Our upcoming Virtual Info Session especially for City Tech students will explain the application process, describe the breadth of roles available, provide tips on creating a strong application, and include an opportunity for Q&A.

CUNY Tech Prep
CUNY Tech Prep’s application for the 2025-2026 cohort is now open! You can apply here.
CUNY Tech Prep (CTP) is a year long technical and professional development program for CUNY computer science and related majors to learn in-demand technologies, master professional soft skills, and land great tech jobs in NYC.
CTP staff will be on campus at City Tech on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 1 PM to host an Info Session & Technical Resume Workshop for City Tech students.

Join CUNY Tech Prep for a Technical Resume Workshop to learn what to include in a technical resume and how to stand out when applying for internships and full-time roles.
🔹 What is CUNY Tech Prep?
CTP is a FREE yearlong program that includes:

✔ Project-based coursework
✔ Career coaching
✔ Access to tech industry connections and roles
💡 Bonus for City Tech students: Participants may be eligible to earn 3 academic credits toward graduation while completing the program!

CUNY Career Launch👷
As an intern with Career Launch, you can:
Gain valuable work experience at companies or organizations in your career field,
Work in one of NYC’s cornerstone industries,
Meet students from all over CUNY with similar interests as you,
And earn money, of course! Interns make $20 per hour and work 19 hours per week during July – August.
With a CUNY Career Launch internship you are paid to pursue your future career and learn on the job! Internships are designed for CUNY undergrads who have had no prior paid internship experience.

2025 Summer CUNY x MTA
Internship Program
The City University of New York and The Metropolitan Transportation Authority are continuing their partnership to provide PAID internship opportunities to CUNY students.
Applications for 2025 Summer Cohort are open all through February 2025.
2025 EY Open Science AI & Data Challenge
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to apply your data science and AI skills to tackle real-world sustainability challenges.
About the Challenge: This year’s challenge focuses on urban heat islands, giving students the chance to work with satellite datasets and develop machine learning (ML) models to forecast temperatures at microscales across a city. Participants can register individually or as a team and will have access to valuable learning resources throughout the challenge. The challenge runs until March 20, 2025, and consists of two phases:
Phase 1: Develop ML and AI models.
Phase 2: Finalists create a practical business plan for local beneficiaries.
Why Participate?
Gain hands-on experience in AI, ML, and data science.
Earn an EY Certificate of Achievement upon successful completion.
